GENERAL PURPOSE DUCTING – FABRIC/NEOPRENE

USES: Air and fume control, dust collection and transfer of light non-abrasive material. Temperature range is -40 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit.
CONSTRUCTION: Two plies of fabric, impregnated with neoprene rubber, totally covering a steel wire helix. Standard length is 25 feet.

GENERAL PURPOSE DUCTING – THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER

USES: Air and fume control, dust collection and light material handling. Good abrasion resistance and excellent chemical resistance. Temperature range is -60 to +275 degrees continuous with intermittent to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
CONSTRUCTION: Thermoplastic rubber, fabric reinforced with steel wire helix. No cements, adhesives, solvents or chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. Standard length is 50 feet.

ABRASION RESISTANT DUCTING

USES: For abrasive applications such as leaf loading, wood chip handling, dust collection, straw blowing, transfering plastic pellets and others. Temperature range is -65 to +200 degrees Fahrenheit.
CONSTRUCTION:  Black or clear FDA thermoplastic urethane with steel wire helix. Standard length is 50 feet.

RETRACTABLE AIR DUCTING

USES: For handling large volumes of air in ventilation applications such as mining, utility and general construction. Can also be used for fume removal. Temperature range is -40 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit.
CONSTRUCTION: Single ply of synthetic fabric impregnated with neoprene rubber and supported by a wide pitch wire helix. Compression ratio of more than 5 to 1 in length.

HIGH TEMPERATURE DUCTING – SILICONE/FIBERGLASS

USES: Air, fume and dust control where extreme temperature resistance is needed. Temperature range is -80 to +500 degrees continuous with intermittent to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
CONSTRUCTION: One or two ply silicone fiberglass with wire helix. Sizes from 1″ to 16″ ID. Standard length is 11 feet with 2″ and above also available in 20 ft. lengths. Call for availability.
