HOLZ SLIDE-LAG STYLE 5 TRACTION PADS
Superior design and ease of installation make this product the modern economical way to apply rubber lagging to drive pulleys of belt conveyor systems. Performance consistently exceeds that of lagging applied by conventional methods. After initial installation, downtime due to replacing lagging practically disappears.
INSTALLATION:
is accomplished by welding a double retainer strip to the pulley, laying in a pad, welding another retainer, laying in a pad…..until pulley is covered. The last two pads should be secured by single retainers.REPLACEMENT :
simply involves knocking out old pads and sliding in new pads – without removing the pulley from the conveyor.TO ORDER:
FStyle 5 is supplied in 6 foot lengths. Specify the number of 6 foot lengths and pulley diameter. You will receive equal footage of double retainers and 1/4 footage of single retainers free. Shipping Weight is approx. 17 lbs. per pad.
